<span style="font-size: 120%;">The only son and heir of one of the richest and oldest families in Magical Britain, Draco is roughly on par with Daphne Greengrass, but even she doesn't have any sympathy for him. It is not known what exactly prompts Draco to behave in a way that is not entirely appropriate for the Malfoy heir, but his constant attempts to offend the Gryffindors look funny and ridiculous to everyone except himself, and the outright cowardice that he shows if someone suddenly responds harshly to his antics, prevent him from gaining respect even in his own house. |

Son of Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy, heir to an ancient pure-blood family with an impeccable lineage. He is the embodiment of a true Slytherin in the worst sense of the word. He is a staunch believer that magic should be taught only to pure-blood wizards, and that all “Mudbloods” should be treated as Muggles and banished from the wizarding world. A self-assured little scoundrel, he is rude, cynical, and insolent, speaking to those around him in a deliberately dismissive or commanding tone. He has managed to subjugate many Slytherins. In manipulating others, he relies on the authority of his father, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, but does not shy away from outright blackmail. Despite all his bragging, he isn’t particularly brave - when faced with serious opposition, he cowardly runs away. He is often seen in the company of his two “bodyguards” - Crabbe and Goyle. |
