A petty crook, a huckster, and a master of shady deals. If there’s anything at Hogwarts or beyond that can’t be bought legally, Mundungus surely already knows where to steal it, buy it on the black market, or “accidentally” find it. He speaks with unfailing irony, haggles eagerly, and passionately insists that he’ll literally “cut his own throat” for the customer’s sake. However, his prices clearly suggest otherwise. He almost never lies outright, but he leaves things unsaid with surprising naturalness, omitting certain “insignificant” details. So if you’ve struck a deal with Nazemnikus, you’d be wise to count… no, not your fingers, hands, and feet, nor your relatives, but your money - definitely!
