Bobby

A renegade among the house elves: cunning, arrogant, constantly trying to demand money from wizards for performing his official duties. This, of course, didn’t work with Dumbledore, but Marcus dutifully pays: perhaps Bobby will even do something for him for free if it helps Marcus stay in school (and serves Bobby’s self interests).
