Fat lady

The portrait guarding the entrance to the Gryffindor common room. A woman of “middle age” with Rubenesque curves, full of dignity and steadfast in maintaining it. She takes her job seriously, so any student unable to remember the current password will be forced to spend the night on the cold stone floor at her feet. At the same time, she is kind and responsive, knows how to hold a conversation, and graciously accepts signs of attention from men. It seems that before being immortalized in the portrait, she led a rather interesting and eventful life; now, however, she mostly indulges in memories or quietly dozes in her frame. She never leaves her post until lights out.
