A house-elf whom Dumbledore freed for reasons known only to himself. He remained in service at Hogwarts, setting up a delivery service, and supplies anyone who asks - and first and foremost the headmaster - with everything they need, delivered right to their table. However, he now demands payment for his services, and a hefty sum at that. He is cunning, insolent, acts deliberately obsequious, and is prone to sarcasm. While Dumbledore may have been able to influence him in some way, the house-elf has no respect for the acting headmaster. That said, Bobby earns his money honestly and always fulfills orders on time..
